WHO I AM:
I'm a Speaker, Organizational Psychologist, Coach, Career Strategist, and Personal Branding Consultant. I help clients reposition themselves for success in the workplace.
WHAT I DO FOR CLIENTS:
My superpower is showing clients how to participate in their own rescue by authentically and strategically reshaping the way they engage and communicate at work. We'll talk about how you are really showing up at work, how you communicate, and why you may be feeling frustrated, stuck, invisible, undervalued, disinterested, or just over it. Together we’ll create an action plan designed to help you redefine (or rediscover) your career goals and move to the next level.
MY WHY:
It sucks to feel invisible, undervalued, or underappreciated at work. Over time I learned that I could participate in my own rescue by choosing to focus on the things that were actually in my sphere of control ( i.e., how I communicated, how I reacted, and how I shared my expertise). Now I enjoy helping others figure that out too.
